Each year, HPower host hundreds of VIP visitors who watch the entertainment from a number of luxury, catered boxes. HPower approached us to create a bespoke management system that would allow the team to process all VIP bookings online with automated client booking reminders, food and drink package ordering, payment confirmation, invoice generation, sales reporting, and which integrated with internal financial systems. This had been a very labour-intensive, offline process that involved high-value financial transactions and a considerable degree of customisation according to client requests. We created a booking process that was both intuitive and as condensed as possible, with a CMS that offered great flexibility for the managing team. The transition has been hugely successful and we are delighted to have subsequently been asked to assist with other management projects for HPower.
